Has anyone actually spoken with management and confirmed they'll be no extension to the OA's?
A few posters here seem to speak with them often so I guess they must know.
Who said the OA's would be extended to the middle of July, it all seemed very believable at the time or was this some bllsh*t made up to keep the long term suffering peasants happy and quiet?!
It would be nice to see an announcement by the company either way, very poor from management! As someone mentioned, the OA's could have been underwritten which would have kept the share price going in the right direction and achieved the money in the bank. The was no desperation for cash at the time so it could have waited for the OA's to be exercised.
