Of all issues is the inability of the ASX to light a fire under their own butt to deal with a request within a timely basis. Most commercial scenarios are expected to be done with expediency, ie time is of the essence. The ASX has had adequate time to answer, but has not.

I put a request to ASX several weeks ago on this issue and only got a reply a fortnight ago.....they are extraordinarily slow on what ought to be a procedural matter.
