Yes kip correct, nothing wrong with your calculator watch I was referring to the 45mill new shares printed and sold to soph's for a few cents less than our "loyalty options ". Had this raise not been done the OA's would be well and truly in the money and converted (to more cash than the raise was for) and we'd have the required funds to advance/strengthen our position. If as we're told, everything's so peachy out in the field, options money was a given. So the argument that they simply needed to ensure funds were available for the required expenditure that they failed to account for just doesn't cut it, I'm not buying it.....not for the second time in 6 months.....there's an all too familiar odour about this. The raise essentially killed the OA's and caused further dilution for less money plus further diluted our OB's (another 15mill of those printed thankyou very much!!!). I agree with olderwiser re. commentary on OA's.
