my question to management, how come you couldn't have delayed the CR 8 weeks and utilised the OAs at 12c per share to provide the funds you needed when after so long finally the FPO were starting to be pursued, ie 13c, rather than sprIng another surprise on the market with a CR at 10.5c per share and in the process render the more valuable OAs worthless. This is poor management!
