I don't think it's fair to extend the options but i sure hope they do! As outlined above a loyal shareholder could have made an informed decision to sell their options knowing that certain hurdles were unlikely to be met. To change the date seems unfair.
If you believe the story and the options do get extended then they're the buy of the year!
