OA's sellers backing away ...2.5c now....

Now working on 5 more weeks how much higher does one think RLE could go than the present value..

when we have at least 2 major announcements(GSA, Funding) to come and hopefully reserves pre 15th April
(with a chance of an extension?)

I personal see around 40-50% min move north on major ann -- GSA & funding etc 18c during March
so that's OA tapping 6-7c (140% to 180%) with reserves to come

Also, I really think there is a chance of a farm-down J/V with one of our neighboring majors
