Dare say there's a few punters considering the arbitrage trade between OA's and OB's, it also looks as though there's a few willing to just jump on in without considering the pricing points and risk attached. It's far from being a done deal with regulatory and shareholder approval still pending so you'd need a hefty discount to make it worthwhile IMO.
The simplified equation is for every 0.001 you pay on OA's add 0.002 to the 0.019 for OB's purchase eg. paying 0.003 for OA's essentially gives you an all in purchase price of 0.025 (0.006 + 0.019), hope that helps. Personally wouldn't be touching them as there's not enough reward for risk considering the OB's will likely trade down around the issue price anyway IMO.
