You are correct older wiser in pointing out to our inexperienced Geo poster that there are plenty of examples of option underwriting.
However your statement "existing option holders get no benefit" is a load of hogwash older (not wiser!) - of course all shareholders and option holders benefit from a higher share price and greater certainty that a heavily discounted CR is NOT in the offing- especially if they handled it well and briefed broker professionally and honestly when the share price was 13 to 14c
Anyway LOOK AT SHARE PRICE SINCE THE CR - I defy anyone to say the CR has been handled well- its been a mini disaster
