I agree....and if I was a betting man, I would bet that Geof has had not 1 but multiple approaches already from Chinese interests. The only reason you would derisk and accept a deal at such an early stage, effectively giving away the family jewels is when you aren't convinced of the size of what you are sitting on.
Clearly our management team are aware of what we have.
