KCN have announced today that their offer is unconditional.

I wonder if KCN have had talks to some parties interested in investing in KCN and as a result made the offer unconditional so AND can now be purchased with complete confidence as an alternative way of investing in KCN.

PS - It's obvious that posters here do not understand the implications of a joint venture with a company that has serious out of the money derivatives.

It is impossible for the junior to quarantine their equity in that joint venture from any potentially adverse financial implications that may happen to the major.

Jim Sinclair has explained this on his MineSet website and also pointed out that Management of plenty of junior explorers were not aware of this.
