ICVL will meet at Delhi on 27 Jan where their decision will be made public. When you ask for more information it is usually to firm-up a decision already contemplated. So my guess is we will hear of their result Thursday evening between 9 - 11 pm. Delhi is 4 - 6 hours behind most of Australia's time zones so stick by your internet connection on Thursday night to see the result.

This t/o may take months before there is a result so I am hanging in there at least until the RIO offer expires.
