I Don't think Geopolitical or country risk is much of a factor in the RIV T/O. It could be argued there is a higher perceived risk in Australia at the moment due to the uncertainty surrounding the mining tax.

Agree it needs a major to put in place the development and infrastructure to get RIV producing, however RIO is not the only company with the expertise and $$ to this. Anglo and Xstrata also have the ability to bring RIV online and they are running the numbers on RIV as we speak.
