if you look at the recent RDF, redflex scheme vote, that looked certain to get the required 75% right up the last and then it failed.
If ISF misses the 75% cut the sp will likely plummet, so be careful about looking for a few crumbs.
good to ask opinions but nobody knows for certain.
the price reflects the risk, the cheaper the more risk.
