Adventra Agree, any offshore development from Artemis will come under the existing Petroleum Resource Rent Tax, not the proposed super mining tax.
Interesting to see BHP/Exxon might be on the acquisition trail. Obviously they are aware that the proposed super tax doesn't apply to WA offshore, even if some posters on HC aren't.
