The RSPT will apply to the offshore developments that don't fall under the PRRT.

This was only clarified today.
BUT- Artemis will be subject to the PRRT not the RSPT
Don Voelte has come out and expressed concern that the PRRT will be scrapped for the RSPT down the track.
DMangus - you really should ask for your post to be removed - then research before arguing will silly comments.
