Does anybody have any update on this?
Is it still likely to precede? - will Surfstitch make provisioning for this in this year’s accounts?

While any potential action may take some time to resolve I’m worried that this may have a future impact on the business and it’s cash reserves – Billabong announced recently it’s paying $45m to settle its class action.
