Can't fault your speculation - its very reasonable . And in SSN's defense that could easily say they advised the market of possible full/partial sale on May 1st and a listing inviting bids is following through with that.
The part where we are "apart" is with MOB. An extension really only gave SSN breathing room - but to reach escape velocity from the debt they do need additional capital - which is what I meant by they are liquidity constrained. If the plan is as good as TB presents it, why wont lenders back him with additional capital? Trading 2,800% & 300% IRR and 2 month payback well economics doesn't make rational sense.
Hoping for too good to refuse and an exit strategy myself
