Thanks Jayson, I checked their annual report and yes you are correct it is now 100% ownership of the Rebecca Gold Project. Hopefully they will update their company webpage to reflect this info as well.

Yes, there will certainly be new shares coming onto the market. It may affect the price in the short term but with the approval of the Cote d Ivoire project, pending completion of due diligence, I tend to think prices will be moving upwards, rather than down over a medium term outlook. IMHO.

Certainly exciting times ahead.
