As I write-the gold price is :

AUD$1,767 per oz.

IRC at current SP of 12.5 cents the Mkt Cap. is a lowly A$32m.

Some of the bigger gold coys must surely have their eye on IRC "alone"
and IMO be thinking of putting in a "cheeky" bid of ~A$65m ie 25c per share.
Yes we all think this is "low ball" but who knows-could be the beginning of negotiations !
Voytek of MRP forum has experienced JP selling out Phoenix Gold to EVN for a low 15 c
for 4 m ozs (admittedly gold price was in doldrums then-2015/2016).

Some IRC s/holders might just be prepared to sell out @ 25 cents.

Personally I wouldn't be surprised to see some "breaking news" for IRC in the coming weeks.
