A 0.1% in CO2 since 1950 isn't going to cut it. A 1 molecule in 10,000 isn't going to cause warming, because CO2 cannot absorb and trap IR.
You will just have to face your mortality at some pint, we are in a long term cooling trend, as you can see with cooling trends, they don't always go down all of the time, as we have seen since 1880 when we came out of the little ice age.
