What is your basis to think they will drop to $1.45? "40k will see it down a long way from here" is not a reason.
They are about to make approx. $12M net profit or 18c per share in EARNINGS. At $1.45 they would be priced at a PE ratio of 8. That's for a company that has been growing earning at over 150% during the last 2 years.
