Hi all,
I need some help how to properly transfer from exchange to nano ledger hard wallet.

I have ledger set up with apps downloaded onto my computer.

I can access to the wallet online ready for receiving, I clicked this and generates to the pin code.

I then proceed to go online (Btc markets) and go to the withdrawal page. I attempt to only withdrawal 25 ripple with the code provided by the Walett onto my hard Walett. I go through the steps and also click the link provided by Btc to confirm the transaction.

30 minutes later my wallet hasn't updated with the balance. Anyone know what the story is here?
