They will do what they have been doing for the last 100 years, i.e. creating money out of thin air and loaning it out at interest to all the slaves who have to go into debt to the banksters (most people). Let's face it, 95% of today's 'money' is only bits on a computer already, the stuff in your wallet is the other 5%. So I don't see it as any big deal for them to adopt or implement a crypto based system instead. Also remember that the crooks who own the banks also own the government and can get them to legislate whatever they want in their favour.
