IMO be wary of any SPP whenever insiders are allowing themselves to be massively diluted. Run away when these insiders are cashed up and could afford to participate. If a SPP was a good deal, insiders would be all over it.

The recent CMV SPP had all the makings of a fleece job, and despite the hopes of the loyal HC followers, the inevitable has come to pass.

Lack of significant insider support (other than one bloke trying to protect his job and huge property rental stream) suggests that things are unlikely to improve in medium term
