AS long as current directors don't sell Beach won't get to the magical 90%.

For CGT purposes I will not sell before the 16th Dec and that is only 150K shares and another 150K on the 24Dec.

I may sell 150K shares on the 20th DEc and keep the money in my pocket awaiting for some Cap raising to top up again.
