I believe that is what BPT's plan B is. With a dilution they already have set aside the funds (which will be left over from the non selling s/h of ADE)
A dilution would result in a drop of the share price of ADE BPT will continue its bying at the lower price increasing its holding as it goes.
Again this is only my opinion.
As far as drilling arrangment costs, I believe it only applies to the 1st 16 million spent ?
I dont believe its an open end ch/q book agreement as far as ADE costs are concerened
Again do not take this as fact its an opinion formed on what I have read to date.
When Bpt take over the board what agreements would be voted on and passed then is the question I would ask ?
