so if you're RIO and in talks with TATA, what would you be talking about ?
If the price is not the main driver for TATA and CNS but access to coal offtake is your number one priority for the Mozambique deposits, could it be that RIO successfully talks these 2 major sahreholders into a price like $15 per share, on the proviso that they have a guaranteed offtake - as much as they want and at a really good (cheap) price ?
$15 return per share on what they each paid RIV initially would still be a healthy return, so I hope for our sakes, they insist for more like $20 per share before handing control over to RIO, even if guaranteed coal access is their main priority ?
