you should do your homework before sneering at other poster's contributions.
The last announcement on Mozambique on 5 June was headed:

"MRG Metals' Proposed Heavy Mineral Sands Acquisition"

so you're denying the Company's wording? When a company promises a meeting to approve an acquisition I expect them to keep that promise. That meeting is now a month overdue and the company is saying nothing, maybe the deal has run into trouble? I don't rely on the 'wisdom' of some anonymous ignorant poster to make my judgements I just look at the facts. Until a general meeting approves the transaction there is no Mozambique.
