    It's a binding agreement to be ratified by shareholders. I've think over 50% will say yes!

    Quarterly next week should give you something to chew on.


    Just noticed a lot of people trying to get in at 0.9c.
    Not surprising at this valuation. And some people are still glass half full...lolol
