    On a more basic point MRQ do not even have formal possession of the Mozambique assets yet, as far as I can see.

    14 may Announcement
    Upon successful completion of MRG Shareholder approval (anticipated via a
    General Meeting prior to end of June 2018), the acquisition will provide MRG with
    a pipeline of permitted and applied for exploration projects in a World class HMS
    province, Southern Mozambique.

    so at this time Mozambique remains a proposal. Why hasn't the deal been ratified yet?
    I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
