Yes they do not have a legal requirement to do so. RIO could be in unchartered territory with their discovery applying for upgrades like this. 400 kilometers of road?
All seems to be building a buzz for those around the hit including RDM.
When we do get the numbers, if in unchartered territory will bring renewed focus to the region.
