They'd have had half a dozen serious JV offers already.I imagine would take a 'time is on our side' approach and either wait for a release of information from RIO or until somebody makes a 'too good to refuse' JV offer.
They'll be hoping for one of the majors who'll commit to a big spending exploration budget. Perhaps even RIO.
For the moment though they're certainly in the box seat.
