The trouble with the deal with RIO is that they are only on the hook for a minimum of $U.S2.25M in the first 5 years of the J.V. If it lasts that long.
This J.V is going to be highly dependant on initial J.V exploration results being encouraging enough for RIO to want to spend more. The actual $U.S2M of exploration funds RIO are committed to wont go far.
