Oscar, I believe LOM production sells directly from Angola (could be wrong?) and like most diamond companies they put results of sales out asap. As I mentioned in another post the results of the Merlin sale would be known at completion, most sales brokers have online systems so you would know your position as bids come in (either tender or auction). The only issue would be if Merlin withdrew any parcels from the sale due to not meeting reserves, they may potentially then shop these goods around or hold until a future sale.
