The market has spoken and says quite clearly there will need to be an increase in price. I am sure that RIO will be ecstatic if they get RIV for $17.50 or less. But we will have to now await the potential other bidders but if the price stays up then the insiders will be telling us an alternative bid will come.

I also note that there does NOT appear to be a clause that prevents directors from soliciting alternate offers...therefore the board can cooperate with other interested parties. Now we wait and see.
