Maybe somebody showed up at the office for once and the doorman thought they might put out an announcement, alas it seems they were just in to check the office lottery tickets for the big draw last night.

Funniest thing i've seen this week is that via the portfolio lvr on commsec you can now get a 40% lvr for strike. It seems not all the lessons of the gfc are being learnt.
