I had asked Mr Hugh Callaghan same qustion sometime ago, he told me 2 main differences.

1) Our bed 18 is about 8m thick, Ringbolt's bed 9 is about 2.5m thick.

2) Our land is in very flat area, Ringbolt's land is in Lisbon Valley, it has beautifull view like Grand Ganyon(you can see it on their Web Page), and some wild animal,they may have much more problem when they go to production.

BTW, Ringbolt has 53m share fully diluted, M/C is $16m @30c/s.
