Being well mannered is more likley to get a financing deal than being a jerk. Bankers have to make an assessment of the person as well as the underlying security.
Also if he was good at university it goes to his credibility with us. He has got more to lose than say (buy Australain) Big Kev.
University medals are not easy to get and should, be valued by Austrlains not just gold medals at the Olympics.
