So no announcement on Friday as a followup to Aminex's EGM presentation. I expect then that KEY are planning an announcement tomorrow to bolster the rights trading which finishes at 4pm on Tuesday. Then the 4th quarter cashflow & activities report late in the week to get the offer over the line.
It will be interesting to see how trading in KEY goes once the rights cease trading as they have been subdued since the day after the announcement of the rights issue.
So no announcement on Friday as a followup to Aminex's EGM...
