Interesting to note also that SH's can apply for more than their entitlement. Does that also apply for TTY?
If so then TTY will be able to increase their stake in OLY by taking up extra rights wouldn't they ? Albeit that they would be paying a 3.3% premium by paying 7c for rights as opposed to the origional 10c offer.
Now i'm not too sure about corporate laws and rulings, but does this now mean that if TTY continue in their plan to take over OLY, that the offer must stay at no less than 10c, even though after the share dilution ?
The offer should only be 6.7c now!
