You mean the take up will be zero. If this company achieved everything they said they were going to achieve, their stock price would be 10x where it is now. When a company continuously over promises and underdelivers though, you cut your loses and get out especially considering they have minimal cash and we are currently in an environment where it's difficult to raise finance
