rights issue, page-2

So '58 Bulldozer--- Am I correct in thinking from this that you think Prestige Glory will end up with more than 34%of the company as no-one will take up their rights at 0.002CENTS because people can now buy at 1.5?
What if the directors did a road show and promoted the company heavily throught asia or north America and atracted other large funds etc. onto the books before rights date? pushing the price to over 0.002cents before the rights date.
Would this change things.Just interested in your reasoning as I respect you opinion
