rights issue, page-3

I actually thought Pybar would be buying up the DTQR...but it isn't happening yet. Would put them in the pilot's seat...if they snapped up all they could...Thought that would be the plan....
I'm not participating in the rights issue.....given the history....not bagging the management...but the weather, and some industry slow-down, has hit them hard - almost since listing. Got enough money in this company - and not likely to put more in till we some solid turn-around....Open to a buy-out though...
