    terrific, some more dilution, heading up to half a bill on issue after this, first act of new chairman is a capital raising

    suspect underwriter will end up with some of them and if jerry takes up full entitlement his % of SHD will increase

    as for some more oppies at 7.5c well I guess they make up for the other crappy ones that I have
