Certainly every process can have its issues. BPay in itself is quite good, but it depends on the receiving process to handle the receipts.
I have written systems to process BPay files for part of one of the banking systems before. Once tested an computer system is quite reliable, but still needs to ensure it recieves the correct file each day.
I have a feeling the Advanced share registry have a manualy process, as they would do for cheques, and can always suffer from human error.
Like I say if you are unsure, bpay your funds and email the share registry a few days later to confirm.
In reality there shouldnt be much to worry about. Its the registries job to take the money and allocate the stock. Thats pretty much their purpose with this one.
