I would not be surprised to see this Rights Issue fully subscribed or very close to ($5M). From there the sky is the limit for the future.

As for continuing support, I gauge that on Norm putting up about a $mil with his right entitlement plus the shares purchased from Dudley. Not to mention the other directors and execs.

I could not see the company being desperate for cash and having a rights issue on deaths door, particularly with a 6 week turnaround period to cash. They are not silly, I'm sure there is a plan behind the scenes.
