I'm in your same position. I'm going to take up fully and hope. On balance most of the rights issues since the GFC have been very rewarding. There will always be losers in the pack, but on average I've done well by accepting. Earlier in the year most advice was against taking up the TSE offer - similar to BOL offer at 1 for 1. TSE has since tripled its 1.25 rights price. Maybe I can get lucky again.
Before you consider my comments, know that I also rode HIH and GTP all the way to zero! Hope that doesn't happen again.
