I wouldn't say it's smart or not. It's more towards reducing risk I guess. However if the farmout announcement is great then you wouldn't earn as much obviously. Wouldn't lose as much if it goes kaput either. I believe alot of people will be holding. Oh well, this is almost like a make or break deal.
