They need to raise money to pay for their theatrical acquisitions, there is millions of dollars in product costs, not to mention cashflowing prints and advertising expenses.
Management have bitten of more than they can chew and now they are thrashing around without direction.
Magna will be a noose around Destra's neck unless they smarten up and take a crash course in film distribution.
