    Can Prime put some directors on the board that know what they're doing?

    Issuing the stock at 10 cents will significantly dilute the stock and potential share price appreciation in future.

    On the flipside it's good to see Prime get more actively involved.

    Dunno about this one. Who is the brains behind integrating all these IT businesses?
